About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build modern web applications, backend services, and AI-powered product capabilities in a fast-moving startup environment.

This role is ideal for an engineer who is early in their career but already confident building across the stack and excited to work with the latest development workflows. You should have experience with Python, FastAPI, and React, be comfortable working in a microservices-based environment, and be energized by the opportunity to move quickly, learn constantly, and make a real impact.

At our company, engineering is highly hands-on and collaborative. You'll contribute to customer-facing features, APIs, internal tools, and emerging AI agent workflows. We're especially interested in candidates who actively use modern AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or ChatGPT as part of their day-to-day development process.

What You'll Do

Build and improve full stack product features using Python, FastAPI, and React

Contribute to backend services and APIs within a microservices architecture

Help develop internal tools, integrations, and automation workflows

Work with modern AI coding tools to accelerate development and problem-solving

Support the design and implementation of AI agents and LLM-powered workflows

Collaborate closely with leadership in a startup setting where priorities move quickly and execution matters

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of software engineering experience or strong equivalent project experience

Experience building full stack applications with Python, FastAPI, and React

Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and distributed systems concepts

Experience using AI coding tools in real development workflows

Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

Comfort working in a startup environment where speed, ownership, and initiative are important

Bonus Points

Familiarity with LangChain

Experience building, prompting, or integrating AI agents

Understanding of how agent workflows, tool calling, memory, and LLM orchestration work in practice
